Art director

Art director by trade, visual world-builder by nature. I work as a creative partner to brands, developing concepts, narrative, and imagery that feel intentional, layered, and culturally tuned in.
My background spans photography, filmmaking, styling, and production, with 10+ years of experience shaping ideas from first spark to final execution. Formerly at Wieden+Kennedy, Iâve collaborated with global and emerging brands alike to create work thatâs thoughtful, unexpected, and grounded in craft.
Ghost hunter, vintage dealer, part-time unlicensed private investigator, garden connoisseur, retired teeth delivery driver, your worst nightmare. A modern-day Renaissance woman.
Brands I've worked on; Expedia, Fisher-Price, Nike, Old Spice, Allstate, Facebook, Travel Oregon, Samsung, Boss Beauties, Etsy, TJ Maxx, MLB.

Something for Yourself / 2020 / Film Direction
Ursula K. Le Guin wrote that the first tool was a carrier bag, a container, âa thing that holds something elseâ rather than a spear or a bow wielded by heroes. Stories are containers, and stories can hold many multitudes in creation stories.
âSomething for Yourselfâ holds a part of my creation story. A poetic autoethnographic film full of nuance, contradictions, neurotic behavior, and feelings of being broke and broken in the desperate attempts to find hope and solace.
The film uses magical realism to express the psychological aspects of motherhood and poverty, incorporating stop motion, time-lapse, and Super 8 to deconstruct time while simultaneously feeling its memory. Symbolic visuals and poetic narration help convey the absence of logic or "rightness" that I found myself experiencing when exploring these concepts.
Music by Grace Peters, Cinematography by David Paulin, and everything else by me.

Shop Nonnie / 2021 / Creative Direction

Growing up, my mom would say I dressed like Nonnie. To my mother, dressing like Nonnie wasnât a good thing.
Nonnie wore bold, clashing prints! Nonnie wore gaudy, loud jewelry! Nonnie wore what she wanted! She was confident. She was charming. She was daring.
Inspired by my Grandmother's risk-taking approach to fashion (and to life), I started Shop Nonnie. The goal was to encourage everyone to take more risks and be bold about the objects they surround themselves with, while making shopping a more thoughtful, intentional, and creative practice.
All objects curated, styled, and photographed by me in Portland, Oregon.

West End Select Shop & HERNĂN-HERDEZ / 2020 / Photography and Set Design

For West End Select Shopâs Instagram, I created a series of surreal still lifes showcasing HernĂĄn-Herdez jewelry encased in gelatin. I concepted and built the gelatin sets, using translucency, color, and suspension to play with ideas of preservation, desire, and display. The final images balance softness and precision, transforming fine jewelry into unexpected, sculptural objects designed for digital storytelling.
